Privacy Policy
Last updated 5 August 2026
This policy explains what personal data Andrej Dratschuk collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers founderfeed.co and our work with clients.
Who is responsible
Andrej Dratschuk, Schölerpad 235, 45355 Essen, Germany, is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: dratschukandrej@gmail.com.
This website collects nothing
Browsing founderfeed.co sets no cookies, writes nothing to your browser's storage, and loads no third-party scripts, fonts or trackers. There is no analytics on this site. We do not build a profile of you and there is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technical connection data such as your IP address to serve the page and protect the service against abuse. That processing is Cloudflare's, under its own terms.
When you apply
The application form is hosted by Fillout, a third-party form provider, and opens in a new tab. Whatever you enter there — typically your name, email address, company and links to your accounts — is collected by Fillout on our behalf and passed to us.
We use it for one purpose: to assess whether we are a fit and to contact you about it. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking.
When we work together
During an engagement we handle material you give us — your writing, strategy documents, recordings, and access to the accounts we publish from. We use it to produce and publish your content, and for nothing else.
We do not currently use a CRM or project management tool that stores client data; material lives in our email and in the platforms we publish from.
Legal bases
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on: your consent when you submit an application; the performance of a contract when we work together; and our legitimate interest in running and securing the business for correspondence and record-keeping.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with providers that help us operate, and only as far as needed:
Cloudflare (website hosting and CDN), Fillout (application forms and the submissions they hold), and Google (email). We do not currently use a CRM, scheduler or accounting tool that stores your personal data.
We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.
International transfers
Some of these providers are based outside the EEA. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on the safeguards those providers put in place, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Applications we decline: 12 months. Invoices, contracts and accounting records: 10 years, as required by German tax law (§ 147 AO). Other client material: 90 days after the engagement ends, unless we agree otherwise in writing. We delete or anonymise data once it is no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw consent at any time. Write to us and we will respond within the period the law allows.
If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to a supervisory authority. For us that is the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen (LDI NRW), Kavalleriestraße 2-4, 40213 Düsseldorf.
Security
We limit access to client material to the people doing the work, use unique credentials and multi-factor authentication where the platform supports it, and return or remove account access when an engagement ends. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell affected clients promptly if something goes wrong.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change, and the date at the top will change with it.
